From 16th April until 22nd April, we are challenging YOU to complete a full and honest food diary.
Keeping a food diary can help keep you accountable for what you are choosing at meal times and could help you to identify what you could improve on – you would be surprised how many small treat you forget about until you write it down!
This will give our coaches a better idea of our clients eating habits and potentially things which could be holding them back from being even more awesome! It also gives our clients the opportunity to see what the coaches eat day to day and what changes on training days.
