Held in our very own private studio, 1-2-1 sessions are entirely personalised and unique to you. Whatever your goal and experience our coaches will work closely with you 1:1 during each session and programme to ensure you are progressing towards your goals and setting new ones along the way!
1-2-1 training is suitable for everyone, however, may be best suited to people who are perhaps a little nervous about starting a new training regime, people who have a very specific goal e.g. an upcoming event or are recovering from an injury or people who are training at a high level/athletes.
