We will guide you through the use of online nutritional tracking / food diary apps and are here to answer your questions via email and social media between seeing you at the studio for you training sessions.

Regular Check-ups

Weekly weigh ins are an option and provide great motivation for many of our clients.  However, our overall focus is on your long-term fat loss, shape change and improved fitness – so even if you opt not to weigh in weekly, all the MGB clients have body and fitness stats monitored every other month.  After all – we are here to ensure you get what you want from our service.
